  • CRM migrations. Moving platforms or rolling out a new tool is a separate project, quoted upfront.

How fast is a request done?
Fast Fixes within 2 business days, Standard Builds within 5. Complex Builds are split into milestones, each with its own deadline. The clock starts when a request moves to In progress and pauses on days we’re waiting on you.
Why one request at a time?
Because half-finished work is how systems break. One at a time means each change is done, tested, explained on video, and logged before the next one touches your stack.
What if I have a big project?
We split it into milestones, and each milestone is one request. A full platform migration is the exception: that’s a separate project, quoted before we start.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Month 1 is the full system review and it is paid as a normal month.
Can I pause?
No, and here’s why: a revenue system keeps changing while it’s paused, so a restart means redoing the review. You can cancel anytime and come back later.
How do I cancel?
From your Stripe billing page, anytime. Your plan stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for, so there’s no next charge. No call needed. Manage or cancel your plan.
Which tools do you work in?
Our specialty is HubSpot, with Clay, Apollo, Make, n8n and Zapier around it. We also work in Pipedrive, Zoho and other mainstream CRMs, which are more alike than different. We don’t take on Salesforce: it’s a different discipline, and we’d rather say so than learn on your system.
Do you replace my team?
No. We build and fix the system; your team runs it. If the system frees up time, we’ll help you decide what to do with it, and “cut people” is rarely the best answer. More on that in How we use AI.
Is my data safe?
We sign a GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement before we touch anything, publish our sub-processors, and keep data in the EU. Details on the AI and data trust page.
Do you offer discounts?
Only the impact price above, for certified companies, and NGO places on request. No term discounts, no special deals. Everyone pays the published price.
What happens after I pay?
You land on a welcome page, get an email within minutes, and we set up access together in the first 72 hours.
